Break from Germans to Build Buildings

While I am working on the last 6 German infantry team, I thought I would show off one of my new buildings.  I was going for more of a rustic farmer look.  I wanted to try something different for the roof top.  I remember reading an article about building Rohan houses for the Lord of the Rings miniature game.  They used teddy bear fur to make a thatched roof.  I found some fur and tried it out.  Lots of glue and longer drying times, but I like the feel of it.
